Varicose veins

I have one on front of my knee and one behind my knee on my left leg. None on my right leg. They started hurting during exercise this last week. Today I saw a new one on my lower calf and the one on the front of my knee wrapped around to the back varicose vein! I stopped the HIIT and swapped to a stretching routine thinking I need to give my legs a rest. I’m on my last week of FB30.

I’ve ordered compression stockings and I’ll go see my Dr, but I’ve been reading that while exercise is beneficial, weight lifting, squats and lunges aren’t good for varicose veins.

Help!!! I’m in best shape I’ve ever been, I’ve lost 25 lbs and I’m finally getting some muscle definition. I want to keep doing FB programs and making progress. I was going to do FB abs 2 next as my core is weak. I’ll wear the compression stockings while I work out, I’ll sub in low impact if I need to - but I’m bummed because I’ve finally been able to last through the HIIT intervals without modifying.

Any advice on programs, exercises, what to do to help??
