Hello! I'm new to the community and would like some advice. I am currently 127 lbs, with a rough estimate of 24-26% body fat (I see little definition). I would like to gain a bit more muscle to support my bone structure and reduce some of the excess body fat. I am part asian, which means my BMR has less of a tolerance range than what is suggested by the American clinical guidelines due to thinner bone structures, etc.
Which program should I start with? I do love to lift, but muscle gain is difficult for me.
