FBStrong

After two weeks of taking it easy (only walking and yoga,because I had the flu), tomorrow I'll start FBstrong.

I'm still not 100% so I can't do HIIT training, but I'll have to do something or I'll lose my mind, so FBstrong seems to be the one I can do.

I'm still going to keep listening my body, so it will probably take me a longer time to get this program done, but I don't care. Aslong as I can get back on track. 😎
