I have a plan for my sprained ankle!!

Last night I obviously realised I had to abandon FB Sweat after spraining my ankle landing on it after the final jump of the workout.

Today I've bought FB Strong!! For the first week (at least) I'm going to substitute the lower body videos for the pilates video for lower body - because the pilates one puts no pressure on the feet and there's no standing. And I could add a light weight if I want to for some of the movements.

I'll amend the upper body and core by sitting on an exercise ball instead of standing, as someone suggested.

I can totally keep going!! Nothing will stop me having a body I'm proud of in my new bikini for our trip over Xmas/new year.
