Putting on weight!!

Half way through FB30 round 3 and I have put on 1/2 a stone!! How is this even happening. I thought i was doing well, things seemed to be going good but this week I weighed myself which I now wish I hadn’t, and I’ve also noticed my tummy seems huge this week! I was happy with my overall FB progress until this week and now feel really depressed and unmotivated. I can’t tell if my body shape is changing at the moment, so whether it is muscle or just fat I have no idea but I’m not a happy bunny now :(
