Progress! What next?



I'm so excited because I've finally coupled the right eating approach with my FB workouts and I'm losing inches and pounds consistently. Plus, I'm having fun! I'm currently doing the FB Booty Round 2 program and I love it. I'm starting it for the second time. I'm getting stronger and I'm able to handle tougher workouts.

I do need to lose weight and I'm getting results from lower half in terms of inches lost. Should I add an upper body program like Flex or should I do something more cardio related since I need to lose weight? I just want to be sure I take a balanced approach.
