Hello, I've been doing the FB bodyweight programs for the last month or so and I'm really enjoying using Fitness Blender. I'd like to be able to do the workouts using dumbbells, but I don't have any gym equipment at home. Ideally I'd like a set a quickly adjustable ones like the powerblocks, but I live in New Zealand and the only locally available equivalent is the bowflex 552i's and they cost almost $700USD here. Not in my budget right now. Shipping dumbbells internationally here also costs a fortune (turns out they are designed to be heavy).
I can however get spinlock dumbbells (where you manually switch out the plates and screw them in place at each end) relatively affordably. It seems like with the pace a lot of FB workouts move at these would be a real pain to use though. Does anyone use spinlock dumbbells for Fitness Blender workouts and can they comment on how much of a hassle it is?
