Wich one next?

Hey Guys, so on Thursday will be the last day of FB Fit Round 2 for me and now I‘m contemplating on wich Program I should do next? (I did fb fit round 1 and 2!) I want to burn fat and build muscle. Also want to loose few more pounds. I‘m between FB Sweat or Burn...would love some Ideas!
