FB30 complete!

Finished the 8 week FB30 (round 1) program! Only one day late, too. My mile time improved by a minute and a half, and my squats almost doubled! Didn't do too much for my arm strength, though, and that's always been my weak point. Any recommendations for programs or workouts to build arm strength from a fairly low bar? Anyway - feeling accomplished that I kept up with it for 8 weeks, and looking for a new challenge!
