day 3 of five day challenge

I completed day 3 of the strong and lean five day challenge today! i am really liking it so far. Yesterday i felt like i didnt do enough with it just being light cardo and the arm lifting as i didnt sweat like i did with monday and todays HIIT portion. when you dont feel like its enough should you/do you add on at all? tips? advice?
