Core-free cardio?

I've bought (and loved) several of the workout programs over the years, but I have diastasis recti and thrashed my abdominal muscles even worse by doing traditional core exercises. I know what to avoid, but it gets tiring trading out core and push-up style exercises.

Does anyone know of a list or have found a way to search for FB cardio workouts without a core component?
