Round 2 of FB Sweat and Small Victories

I have been engaging in compulsive posting today; sorry. It's just that I really am wanting to hang on to my momentum and needed to decide what to do after finishing FB Sweat. I decided to go another round with it and I am so happy that I did. I started it today (probably not the best idea since I just finished the first round today as well, but I couldn't help myself!). So, I was able to do the high impact version of some of the exercises that I had to do low impact for the first time around and was able to lift heavier. It sounds silly, but the thing I was most excited about is that during the cool down there is a quad stretch that Daniel does where he grabs his foot with both hands instead of one and adds in a chest stretch with chin pointed up. I could not even come close to doing that the first time and today I could!! Wahoo!
