So indecisive! Help!

Okay, so I just posted a few minutes ago that I just finished FB Sweat and was planning to go for round two but then I started reading other discussions and started wondering about other programs. I really want to lose maybe 5-7 pounds and tone up and I am beginning to wonder if FB Strong would be a good way to go? I do like strength training, but I don't know if a program heavy on strength training is the way to go to meet my goal. Would something heavier on cardio be better? Help!!
