burn versus sweat?

Hi all,

what's the difference between burn and sweat-apart from program length? does one have more strength than the other? does one have more hiit than the other? i really like strength and am trying tol like hiit. but for the moment, there's only 2 stength programs available (stong and mass) and i loved strong but am not too keen on trying mass. i'll do fb30 but would still like a program with emphasis on strength. any suggestions? thanks.
