just for beginners

I have a friend who is very very new to the fitness scene. I mean, someone who has NEVER worked out. Do you have any workout videos that show the basic essential movements (squat, lunge, deadlift etc.) and how to achieve proper form? Maybe more of a tutorial that an actual workout. It's so important to perfect that form before jumping in to a workout routine, especially if you're brand new. Thanks a bunch!
