Sickness is discouraging!

I've been so sick for almost a week and have missed 5 workouts in a row in my program. It's discouraging since I was nearing the end of my program and was excited that I hadn't missed any days. I'm going to reschedule the missed workouts but UGH. Feels gross. Hoping to get back on track soon. At least I'm looking forward to working out again rather than dreading it like I used to when I was going to the gym!
