Back on Track

Hi FB Pals! About 13 years ago I lost 119 pounds with WW and very little exercise. Fast forward to now and marrying a carnivore 11 years ago I have gained ALL OF IT BACK :-(

I have a small home gym (recumbent bike, treadmill, eliptical, ball and hand weights).

Question...what type of rotation between these machines and the FB workouts should I think about. (switch every other day...every other week)?
