Can I do the workout every other day instead of everyday?

Prior to starting FB low impact workout program, I used to workout 4/5 days a week with a rest day in between each workout.

I have successfully completed 2 1/2 weeks of FB’s low impact program, which was a real challenge, but as I’m progressing I’m putting less effort into the workouts because of exhaustion.

I was wondering if I’ll still get the same results, if I did the program daily workouts in a day on and day off schedule instead of everyday, as I feel like I’d preform better, but I’m unsure if I should do that or just stick through the remaining week and a half working out daily. Any advice?
