Creating my own workout plan

I have used FB for a short period of time and I love the variety of workouts you offer because I get bored easily. How can I create my own plan that will be effective and give me the total body workout throughout the week that I need? I'd like to workout 6 days a week one day being Pilates or yoga. Also, what meal plan is best for burning fat and building lean muscle? Any input is appreciated!
