Sore Calves

I started FB 30 trial on Saturday, Sept 29 and had been active with workouts prior. I've been using FB programs on and off for years now but am experiencing something I have never experienced before. My calves in both legs are so painful, tight and hurt to even walk. Going up the stairs isn't as bad but going down is beyond painful that I avoid it when I can. I have used heat, rolling them out, extra stretches, ibuprofen, you name it and I think I've tried it.

Any suggestions, help, input, etc. would be GREATLY appreciated. I don't want to stop working out now that I am in a groove but don't want to injure myself either.
