Bad knees-recommendations for workouts?

I noticed that if I do exercises that involve having my knees on the floor (such as tabletop in yoga or some pilates floor exercises) it really hurts my knees. I can do squats and lunges ok, but if there is pressure directly on my kneecaps it is uncomfortable and hard for me to maintain balance. Can anyone recommend low impact FB videos that don't involve being on all fours? Thank you.
