Starting out again

Hello lovely FB family, I have been reading the posts here and following FB for a while now but have been largely silent. I am a beginner and have been doing some workouts here and there (mostly from Fitness Blender) but I struggle to stick to it for any extended period of time :( I have endometriosis and every month when it is that time of the month I have to temporarily stop workouts and then restart again.....it is a bit frustrating. Lately, I think my endometriosis has gotten a bit worse as I get pain even when it is not that time of the month. Long story short, I'd like to be able to exercise more regularly and do something light even on the days that I am struggling with endometriosis flare ups. I eat clean - mostly whole plant based food - but my struggle is the workout part! I'm starting FB Bodyweight today and hope to be able to complete it this time, even if it takes me longer than 4 weeks. Here goes try number 5534 haha
