FB30 - does it get harder?

Hey people.

For context: I've completed FB Bodyweight rounds 1 and 2 and I'm young and fit. I've just finished my first week of FB30 and I don't feel as satisfied after my workouts. I haven't been getting as sweaty and I don't feel as wrecked afterwards.

Does the programme get harder? Or am I simply fitter now? ;) Please share any tips or knowledge you may have!
