Abs 2 Crew ~ Descending Reps FTW!!!

It's here, guys! Descending reps day!

Literally my favorite FB workout!!

How's everyone feeling? I'm still a day behind you guys, but will catch up by the end of the week.

What are you eating today?

My food:

B: overnight "oats" made with bulgur, applesauce, frozen berries, cashewmilk, ground flax, and some chai masala - yum! oh - peanut butter too :)

L: bulgur (are you seeing a theme here??) with this spicy tomato soupy type indian dish called sambar and spinach

Snack: Dunno. Involving peanut butter.

D: leftover pumpkin chili empanadas with salad
