Are you meant to take breaks between programs?

Hey guys. Since April this year I’ve basically done FB programs back to back, I started with Sweat, then Booty and Flex, then Abs round 3, then Strong, bored easily and now I’m back to abs round 3. Up until now i never felt like it was too much, it just became part of daily workout routine. But over the past few weeks I’ve suddenly been finding it really hard to wake up for my workouts and I’m taking a few extra rest days during the week. Have I overdone it maybe? Does anyone else do the programs back to back?
