Days off

Anyone else have a hard time making yourself take the scheduled days off in your program? I am at the end of week three of FB Sweat and today was a stretch day. No cardio, no weights, no sweat! Ahh! I"m sure my body needs the rest, but it can be so hard to slow it down when you are starting to feel good!

Just a tiny rant.
