FB Strong Results

So, my goal for doing this program was to hopefully gain muscle to look more toned and to have more muscle to burn off fat easier. I weighed myself and I gained 1 lb. I was doing a lit of reading on FB though and found that on average women will gain 1 lb of muscle in about a month. So hopefully the 1 lb gain is muscle :) I also took my measurements just because I want to focus on those numbers more rather than the scale number because I think that will motivate me more. Also, my before measurements aren't from exactly a month ago (when I started Strong) but go back a couple weeks before starting Strong.

Before

Bust 44"

Waist: 37"

Hips: 43"

Thighs: 25"

Arm: 13"

After

Bust: 42"

Waist: 37"

Hips: 43"

Thighs: 23"

Arms: 14"

I'm happy I lost 2 inches around my thighs and bust! I have always not liked my upper body/shoulder area because I feel like it's more broad than most girls. So I'm happy that area shrunk a little. I'm also happy I actually gained an inch around my arm/bicep because I probably got muscles now :p Now I'm going to do Sweat and then most likely Strong again.
