FB ABS-Round 2-Week 1 complete

Yesterday I completed the first week of this program and I'm disappointed to say that I gained a pound. I had a really good week with my eating too, so I'm not sure what happened.

There were a couple of days that I was going to add in a quick 10 minute HIIT to my day. I ended up not doing so because I wanted to stick true to this program. They say they strategically put these workouts in a specific order for this program. Although two days in a row last week was a low impact workout and then core isolation. I broke a little bit of a sweat on those days, but not the amount I normally do.

I just don't feel I achieved the calorie burn that I usually do during the first week of this program. I don't have a FitBit or any other tracking device, so it's hard to tell though,

Not too thrilled, but I'll press on. Anyone else have similair results?
