Which program to start with?

Hi everyone, I'm new to FB and i'm motivated to change my lifestyle. However I don't know where to start. I'm 5'2, weighs 98 lbs and under the petite category. I would like to build mass, gain strength & weight, and also improve my cardio. I work night shifts and sometimes i find it hard to get a good work out in because i'm mostly clueless about where to start and what work out will best fit for my needs. I would appreciate any input!
