Help! How do I schedule my week of workouts?

So I know strength and cardio are both important. I am new to this program and and looking to set goals for myself tp get healthier, but feeling overwhelmed on what I should be doing when: How many days a week should a person do cardio? When doing strength training should I do full body every second day? Or one day legs next arms, next core? Dont know where to start...
