Best Strength/HIIT Program???


Hello FB friends! I am new to the site and am looking for program suggestions. I have been doing FB strong for the last 2 weeks and love it! I would like a program that incorporates a good blend of strength/weights days and HIIT days. I have been looking at FB Fit, FB Burn and FB 30. Program veterans please advise!! Which of these programs is the best combo of strength and HIIT? Thanks in advance!!
