FB Sweat or FB Burn 2?


I'm trying to decide between getting FB Sweat or FB Burn 2 because I'm almost done with doing FB Burn 1 for the second time in a row and I think it's time I start into a new program. I'd just like to know what the difference between these two programs are because they both seem to incorporate strength and HIIT, but maybe there's a few changes? Also, is FB Burn 2 the similar to FB Burn 1? I read here that it's recommended to only do each program 1-3 times in a row before switching, so I don't want to hinder my progress if FB Burn 1 and FB Burn 2 are too similar to each other.
