FB Strength-Could not complete Day 1

Just signed up. I don’t normally exercise except 1 hour of walking the dog a day. I could not complete day 1. I only made it half way. Felt faint which I am sure is from being out of shape. Do others have difficulty completing? What do you do? Perhaps I picked the wrong workout? Need some advice. Feeling down :(
