Abs 2 Crew -- Total Body Tuesday!

Good morning! I hope you are doing well! I stepped outside this morning to enjoy my coffee and there was a small chill in the air! Been waiting for this moment through a very, very hot Las Vegas summer!

So today we've got a fun and tough total body hiit and strength workout with Kelli! Good news -- it's bored easily style so it'll go by quick! I'm feeling a bit sore from yesterday's core intensive so this will be interesting...

I made a quick chili with tvp granules, white beans, and pumpkin along with spices, which I'm having for breakfast. Lunch is a mystery as it's a work lunch, and for dinner I'm not sure what to have either -- maybe spaghetti with zucchini noodles or maybe a soup and salad.
