Ehler's Danlos Syndrome

I have recently been diagnosed with Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, which is faulty collagen in the body, causing stretchy skin, hypermobile joints and increased risk of injury and dislocation (as well as other problems). Does anyone else in the Fitness Blender community also have EDS? I am struggling to find workouts that I can do safely, and would love to hear if anyone else has any they recommend. I can't lift weights or even do bodyweight exercises like pushups and planks, and have to be very careful about stretching, as it is very easy for me to push past the range of motion my body should be doing. I have heard that Pilates or isometric exercises are good, please send any recommendations through, I'm getting bored with my currently very limited exercise program!
