FB Fit Round 2 complete!

Hello everyone! I’ve just finished FB Fit Round 2 :D

Even though I haven’t lost as much weight as I expected -maybe 3 kg because healthy eating was a bit out of control in August- I dare say that my body, or at least my relationship with it, has changed quite a lot: arms, legs and core are more defined and I think some muscles are starting to show.

Physical changes aside, it’s unbelievable the way my endurance has improved. I’m not saying that I can complete a HIIT session without feeling that my lungs are going to come flying out from my mouth, but, except for star jumps and jumping lunges, I don’t hate it that much. And I’ve discovered that I love strength training, though I can’t lift much yet :D

I strongly recommend this program. It’s really challenging but rewarding. If you have the time (workouts are around 50 min a day), don’t think it twice.

I’m going to start FB Burn 2 of Monday. Any advice?
