Brutal Combo

So since I finished 8 weeks of Booty RD2, I decided to take a break from programs and do some individual workouts. Today's combo was:

Oh man this was a struggle! I would definitely recommend this combo if you want those quads to burn because there were a ton of lunges! I will be sore tomorrow for sure.
