FB Abs 2 ~ Crunching to Day 3

Good morning friends! Hope you're not feeling too sore from yesterday's upper body workout! Anyone else find it very different-feeling lifting on one side versus both? I definitely did!

Today we have a core intensive workout with Daniel. Ouch -- I can already imagine the burn!

I've been mulling over the benefits of a stronger core -- better balance, better support for our internal organs, a stronger back, and generally a sense of one's center of gravity being more toward the belly than the booty!
