Not feeling good!

I was looking forward to starting another round of FB Burn so much that I started a day early (on Sunday) and was going to keep up with it, so at the end of this week I could do an extra day of yoga!

However on Sunday night a cold struck and I’m now terribly ill. It’s not fair that a cold can make you this ill so that it’s physically impossible to workout! I can’t even breath walking around work so I’m not even going to attempt a workout. It’s safe to say I’m gutted! I really wanted to get back on track after my holiday. I bought fresh fruit and salad for my lunches during the week, but again, when you have a cold it’s so difficult to eat cold foods as you feel like you need something to warm you up. So I workouts and healthy eating seem to be going out of the window until I’m better.

Sorry for the rant, I’m just very disappointed and wanted to start feeling good about myself again!
