Pregnancy Workouts

What would be the best low impact workouts that One can do while pregnant? Especially for a high risk pregnancy. I am not to go over 8lbs for the 2nd trimester, but have been allowed to workout. Please, any suggestions will be appreciated. I have an idea, but would like to hear from other mommies on here that used these workouts while pregnant. Thank You in Advance!
