Help! I think I may be addicted to FB.

I had about 1:15 between two work calls today, so I decided to do two workouts (I'm doing FB Strong and I'm a few days behind).

The first was an upper body workout (33 min) and the second was a "recovery" workout (35 min).

I barely made it back inside for my second phone call, still dripping with sweat, and likely still out of breath.

Anyway, the call (thank goodness it wasn't a video call!) went well and by the time we finished up, I had finally cooled down a bit.

As I was writing up notes from the call, I started to think, "you know, #AndrewComplete, the next workout is a lower body workout...if you did it now, you'd be totally caught up...and you're already sweaty and everything."

Yep, folks...I talked myself into a third workout (42 minutes). Sweat was everywhere...again.

I very well may not be able to hoist myself out of bed tomorrow, so if you don't hear from me, you'll know why.
