FB Bodyweight round 2 day 22 extra credit?

For anyone who has done this program, I would appreciate some help. For this day, the extra credit is a second round of Hiit. In the description, they recommend doing the extra credit later. That really doesn't work for my schedule. Is it really so bad to do the extra credit before the cool down in the first video? I was thinking I would do the extra credit before the total body toning. Is this a crazy idea? Thanks.
