FB Abs Round 2: after the first week

I've must started the second week of FB Abs R2 (with a 5-day challenge mixed in), and I'm really impressed with and excited about the results I'm already seeing from focusing on my core.

At dance class this week, I felt like my balance had improved considerably just from one week.

In my core workout today, I did Russian twists with feet lifted with barely a wobble. Normally I can't lift them and focus on twisting. Fantastic!!

And I finally finally finally did swimmers properly! I've had so much trouble not "helping" by pushing down with the opposite thigh, but today it just worked beautifully.

So I am seriously impressed with this program. Can't wait to see further improvement over the next few weeks. Thanks again, Kelli and Daniel!
