Double Trouble

I missed a FB Strong workout yesterday, so I decided to double up today.

At first, I thought, “this is probably not a very good idea, old dude,” but then I remembered the 1000 Calorie Workout a few weeks ago.

This was easy.

Well, relatively speaking.

P.S. Good thing my #chefinthemaking left these homemade energy balls for me...with dates and nuts and twigs and such. I won’t say how many I ate, but it was more than one and less than the entire container.
