FBReach

Hi All,

Has anyone done #FBreach? I was thinking of doing it in conjunction with #FBbooty2. I usually do intense workouts 5-6x a week but I'm feeling a little tired of that these days I'm thinking #Reach might be a good fit to mix with booty 3x a week. I guess I'm just looking for opinions from those who have already done Reach. It's hard to not go 'intense' 5-6x a week but I know that sometimes 'less is more.'
