FB Strong, FB 30, or second round of FB Low Impact

Hello everyone,

I have recently started training and did 5 day challenge then FB Low Impact and I'm about to finish it. So I want to know what program shoul I do next? do it again, or do FB Strong, FB 30.

Note: I have somewhat large amounts of fats. I fear after doing fb strong that I will gain muscle and not much fat will burn, which will make my body ugly.
