Overhead shoulder stretch

I really struggle with the overhead shoulder stretch (where you clasp your hands behind your back while doing a toe touch stretch). I can hardly get my hands behind my back while standing up, let alone while bending over. It is so bad that I find it difficult working with my range of motion, because I can't do it even a little. Does anyone have a suggestion for a substitute stretch I can do to help with my shoulder flexibility?
