When Injury Happens

As it's bound to happen eventually, I hurt my back doing dead lifts last week and have been waysided ever since. Googling brought me to several helpful videos and those along with some yoga stretches, is slowly doing it's work.

I wonder if recovery videos specifically designed to treat common injuries, is something Daniel and Kelli could provide somewhere down the road. I'm not talking really intense physio, but more or less what I've been doing since this happened. Back issues due to poor form in dead lifts is pretty common, and maybe a place to start. I've learned a lot about the physiology of our back and spine and how the entire body works together to heal the pain and knowing K & D's background, I'm sure they would be a valuable source for this kind of information.
