Extra Credit Challenge

Hi! I'm just curious about something. I am on Day 11 of the FB Sweat program (of which is awesome!). I love doing the Extra Credit Challenges however sometimes I don't have the time to the regular workout and the EC challenge. Is it okay to do the regular challenge in the morning and the EC challenge in the afternoon of the same day? Or is that not advised?
