Hello, Blenders!

Well, my journey in weight loss and toning started in 8th grade, when I noticed I was too short(1.5 m) and I started making some stretching exercises from fitness blender, which somehow helped me. My problem was constantancy. Time passed and iI started thinking that I should lose some weight instead of trying to grow up. Since then, in 3 years I definitely started to look better and better. Again, constancy. Now I like how I look, but I have some body fat that I want to lose. Now comes my question: what is better for gaining some muscles and get rid of fat in the same time: full body workouts + cardio or split workouts + cardio? And that being said, split on group muscles or upper and lower body?
